I design the system and I build it. Four ways the work usually starts.
A new system, ideation to finish. I start with the business goals, translate them into an architecture, and then either build it myself or recommend a company with a larger workforce, depending on the project details.
Review of architectures and plans. You have a proposal, but need a second opinion about it. Is it architecturally sound? Does it answer your business goals? Is it missing anything useful? Is it financially justifiable? After gathering and reviewing the necessary information, I prepare a written recommendation with an overview, critique and suggestions. This is a paid service that can stand alone or form part of a larger engagement. I can also build parts of the system or recommend a company.
Turning a prototype into a system. You have a prototype that your developers built or that you vibe-coded. I review the prototype and help integrate it using Drupal’s native APIs, including its configuration, access control and asset systems.
EU sovereignty, including AI. I help assess where your data is processed, who controls the services and which European providers could meet your needs. The work can include implementation, with additional AI specialists and Drupal companies involved if needed.
The initial conversation by email is free. Describe your system, your business goal and the decision or problem you need help with. If there is a deadline, include it, so I can estimate for feasibility. This gives us a starting point for discussing the scope of the work.
I assess whether to take on a project myself or recommend a larger team. I work with arocom.de for larger projects and DACH projects. Drupal enquiries from Germany, Austria and Switzerland are referred to Arocom.
